What does financial management involve?
During the financial management module, you'll learn everything about an organisation's financial affairs. As a transport entrepreneur, it's important to know exactly how the administrative side of things is handled. You'll learn how to keep an organisation financially healthy, so it can succeed and weather any storm!
After completing the module, for example, you’ll know exactly how to record the VAT on a credit note as an entrepreneur and how to calculate your equity at a given point in time.
What is assessed?
The financial management exam covers a range of topics. Your knowledge and skills in the financial management of an organisation will be assessed. During the exam, you may be asked questions about:
- Financial administration
- The financial journals
- Annual accounts and payment transactions
- Extraordinary income and expenses
- Loans and credit
- Automation
These topics are all covered in Nuvrachtwagen’s financial management course. In just 1 day, you’ll be fully prepared for the exam and take it at the CBR.
What does the financial management exam involve?
The financial management exam takes place at a CBR location. During the exam, you answer 33 questions. You’ll get 10 multiple-choice questions about financial administration, bookkeeping and taxes; you’ll assess annual accounts in 10 multiple-choice questions; you’ll create a balanced balance sheet by dragging figures in 12 multiple-choice questions; and you’ll answer 1 question about calculating equity. You can score a total of 100 points. You pass the exam with 55 points or more. The CBR will provide you with pen and paper, and you’ll receive a digital calculator. You’ll get your exam results immediately afterwards!
