Personnel Management

During the Personnel Management module, you learn all about personnel matters: which laws and regulations apply, how to manage the recruitment, development and departure of staff, and how to work with employees. The focus is on general social legislation, the collective labour agreement and managing staff.

After completing the module, you will know, for example, how long an employer must continue paying an employee's wages during an absence due to illness, and when employees are entitled to the general tax credit, the employment tax credit or the combined tax credit

The personnel management exam covers a range of topics. It tests your knowledge of the different aspects of personnel management. During the exam, you may be asked questions about:

• Personnel records
• Staff planning
• Company organisation
• Collective labor agreement (CAO)
• Leadership
• Legislation
• Support and oversight agencies
• Employee participation

All these topics are covered during the personnel management module. You take the course in the morning at one of our locations, and in the afternoon you are accompanied to the CBR to successfully complete the exam. All in 1 day!

The personnel management exam takes place at a CBR location. During the exam, you answer 30 questions, of which you must get at least 19 right. You have a maximum of one hour. You will receive your results immediately afterward. Bring a valid ID and your exam invitation to the CBR. If you wish, you can use pen and paper to make notes. You will also receive a digital calculator.
