Are you starting a transport company? Then you’ll need to obtain a transport permit. A NIWO permit or Euro permit is required for anyone who transports goods professionally using a vehicle with a payload capacity of more than 500 kg. To obtain this permit, you must be trustworthy, creditworthy and genuinely established. You must also be able to demonstrate your professional competence with a NIWO diploma. How does it work?
Getting your transport licence is very simple. Sign up for a course covering one of the 6 subjects: business management, personnel management, financial management, costing, road haulage 1 or road haulage 2. Choose a location and time that suit you best. We’ll get you ready for your exam in one morning.
Can I take the exam straight away?
Certainly! We’ll reserve an exam slot for you at the CBR on the same day as the course. That means you can go straight on to your exam in the afternoon. That’s handy, because you’ll still have everything you learned during the course fresh in your memory. This increases your chances of passing, and often means you can get your NIWO diploma for your transport permit in one go!
What does it cost?
The day course is currently available for the temporary price of €360. The exam fee is extra. Depending on which subject you’re taking the exam for, you’ll pay the CBR an additional €140,95 or €164,50. As a transport company, you can often deduct the training costs from your taxes. That’s a nice saving!
