The theory course consists of three parts: RVM1-C, VM2-C and VM3-C with code 95. You complete each part with a written theory exam. The RVM1-C exam may include questions about rules of conduct, traffic laws and how traffic technology works. The VM2-C section focuses mainly on safety, the environment, and the provisions of the Working Hours Act and Working Hours Decree that apply. VM3-C with code 95 closely follows the VM2-C exam and is an additional theory exam.

Passing the theory course is great news, but of course you’re not there yet. Next comes the practical part of Category C driver training. The practical part of truck driver training consists of four parts:

• Truck driving lessons
• Practical test
• Closed-course test
• Practical exam

During your driving lessons, you’ll drive on public roads under the supervision of an instructor to master the various skills. During the practical assessment, you’ll demonstrate your skills in areas such as securing cargo and taking measures in emergency situations. In the closed-course assessment, we test your professional competence in vehicle control and maneuvering. Finally, you’ll take the practical exam.

After you pass the theory part of the truck driver training, we’ll work together to find the right driving school. What is Code 95? It is an endorsement on the CE driving licence and mandatory periodic training for professional drivers.
