You get to know NuVrachtwagen
The first thing you’ll do is get to know NuVrachtwagen. We’ll talk and discuss everything about your truck driver training. Among other things, we’ll work out what your course package will look like. Do you struggle with exam anxiety or dyslexia? That’s no problem—we’ll adapt our method to suit you. Do you need help finding a job after your exam? If you’d like, we can also discuss how we can help you with that.
You take theory lessons
Once everything is arranged, you’ll start theory lessons. Don’t worry, you won’t be learning from dusty books. We use a unique method that combines theory and practice. Our enthusiastic teachers explain the material in an engaging way, so you’ll learn the theory in no time. Once you’ve completed all the lessons, you can take the theory exam.
Passed your theory test? Time to put it into practice!
Passed your theory test? Then it’s time to move on to what many consider the best part: the practical training! First, you’ll have a medical examination, after which you’ll start taking driving lessons. You’ll agree with your instructor on how many lessons you’ll need and how often you’ll take them. Each week, you’ll learn new things and become more confident on the road. Finished your lessons? Then you can take your exam. Exciting! You and your instructor will schedule a date that works for you.
You’ve passed! What now?
Have you passed? Congratulations! Now we'll dot the i's and cross the t's together. You'll apply for a driving licence and driver card, and we'll help you find a suitable job if needed. You now know which vehicles you can drive with a category C driving licence. There's a good chance we'll find you a suitable job soon, so you can take your first steps in the transport sector. If you're a self-employed driver, we can also help you with the NIWO permit. And if you need to renew your category C driving licence after 5 years, you're very welcome to take a refresher course with us too!
